Digital Business Cards ("we," "our," "us") is operated by MASS Printing & Publishing Services LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see or store your password in plain text) when you sign up. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
Card content: whatever you choose to add to a digital business card — name, title, company, phone numbers, email, website, address, photo, logo, social links, and any custom fields you create. This is your content; you control what appears on each card.
Usage data: aggregate view counts on your cards. We do not collect personal information about people who view your cards — someone tapping your card link is not identified, tracked, or added to any database on our side.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
Your cards are private and unlisted by default — they are not indexed by search engines, not listed in any directory, and only visible to someone who has the exact link or QR code you share. You can additionally protect a card with a PIN code or an expiry date. PIN codes are stored separately from your card data and are never readable by anyone other than you, even internally.
Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase, with our database located in the Mumbai (India) region. We use Netlify for website hosting and Zoho Mail for transactional email delivery. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that authentication under its own privacy policy.
We use a small number of essential cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one (only on PIN-protected cards) to remember that a visitor has already entered the correct PIN. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You can access, edit, or delete any of your cards at any time from your account. To request a full copy of your data or complete account deletion, contact us at hello@digitalbusinesscards.app.
We keep your account and card data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems; some information may persist briefly in backups before being purged.
This service is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email.
