These terms govern your use of Digital Business Cards, operated by MASS Printing & Publishing Services LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Digital Business Cards lets you design and publish private, shareable digital business cards, each with its own unlisted link and QR code, and offers matching physical NFC business cards printed and programmed on request.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account may be used to manage multiple cards, subject to your plan's limits.
A Free plan is available with a single card and no premium features. Paid plans add more cards and/or premium features, billed on the terms shown at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. If a renewal payment fails, your cards remain active for a grace period before excess cards (beyond the Free plan's limit) are paused — never deleted — pending payment.

You own the content you put on your cards — your name, photos, logo, and contact details. By publishing a card, you grant us the limited right to host and display that content so your card works as intended. We don't use your personal card content for any purpose beyond operating the service for you.
The Digital Business Cards platform itself — including its design system, templates, and underlying code — is our property. Cards created on the Free plan may display "Powered by Digital Business Cards"; this can be removed on qualifying paid plans.
Physical card orders are produced to the specification you approve at the time of ordering. Because these are custom-manufactured items, orders generally cannot be cancelled once production has started. Delivery timelines and pricing are confirmed at the time of order.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and available, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email before taking effect.
